/Triangle Crawl Space Solutions is happy to provide a free assessment for homeowners and make recommendations about solving any moisture issues.
We prefer to work with home sellers in most cases, if we are providing an assessment for the potential buyers we need to be sure that we have the current homeowners permission to access the home and do our assessment. Estimates we provide may be shared with either party at your discretion.
If a more formal written report is requested for purely real estate transaction purposes we can provide one for a small fee. Please let us know if this is the case.
